The Faculty of Management Studies at ICFAI University Mizoram is the first faculty to be set up by the University. It focuses on imparting a broad conceptual framework for the practice of management in a range of contexts with a strong emphasis on concepts and theory.
Graduates from the department are currently employed in organizations across various fields in and outside Mizoram.
The Faculty of Management Studies currently offers the MBA, MCom & MA (Economics) programs at Postgraduate Level and BBA, BCom & BBA (Hospitality & Tourism) at the Undergraduate level.

The Faculty of Information Technology provides rigorous and relevant information technology courses.
A degree in information technology from ICFAI University Mizoram provides graduates with the opportunity to enter the various fields in the IT domain.

The Faculty of Humanities is the latest faculty to be added to the University
The Faculty started offering various courses in Social Sciences and Languages from the 2015- 16 Academic Session.
The Faculty offers Master of Arts in Political Science, English, History, Social Work, Education, MSc in Geography and Mizo & Cultural Studies at the Post Graduate level.
At the Undergraduate level it offers Bachelor of Arts Honors in Political Science, Geography and English.

The Placement Cell of the ICFAI University, Mizoram provides students with the resources and skills necessary to pursue their career goals.
The Placement Cell is mainly responsible for establishing contact with various organizations and arranging interviews for the students.
It also takes care of Industrial Visits and Summer Internship Programme.
The Placement Cell functions under the guidance Placement Officer. The Institute takes adequate care in getting its students placed in the best Companies.
The Institute prints Placement Brochure once in an academic session giving a brief profile of the students.
The brochure is mailed to well-known organizations all over the country with a request to visit the Institute’s campus for selecting prospective executives as per their needs.
