Campus Infrastructure
- The ICFAI University Mizoram campus is spread across 17.58 acres of lush green land with a built-up area of 43,000 sq.ft.
- The university infrastructure is designed and set up in a way to cater to the academic needs of the students and faculty while creating a modern yet peaceful environment conducive to learning.
- The entire academic complex is Wi-Fi enabled and secured with a CCTV system. All classrooms are fitted out with state-of-the art audio-visual equipment, LCD projectors etc. to accommodate new ways of learning.
Academic Infrastructure
Wi-Fi Enabled Campus
IU Mizoram has a Wi-Fi Enabled Campus with connectivity terminals installed at different locations. A Zonet FTTH internet fiber with 300 Mbps connectivity is provided. A Mikrotik RTS 2011-UiAS router is integrated with the University’s intranet network.
Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) The University has an uninterrupted power supply supported by a twin 10KVA online UPS (Sukam IQ 1110).
Computer Lab
The University computers are i5 12th Gen systems updated with the latest necessary software and other infrastructure to cater to the training needs of information technology related courses and the computing needs of all students and faculty.
The computer laboratory is equipped with an internet connection with unlimited download capacity and monitored by a server with the latest software. It is equipped with servers and multiple terminals with multiple operating systems enabling a client-server environment.
Geography Lab
A Geography Laboratory has been established for activities such as cartography, GIS and soil testing, environment study and so on.
English Language Lab
The University’s Language Lab has a dedicated network of hardware and software designed for language training, including one instructor’s terminal with voice input and output and twenty student terminals.
Food Science Practical Lab
This modern practical learning lab allows students to learn and practice all aspects of hospitality from culinary arts to service in a realistic hospitality setting.
From getting familiar with the tools and techniques used in the industry to having a space to experiment and innovate, the food science practical lab provides students with the hands-on experience necessary to give them an edge in the job market.
Auditorium
The NJ Yasaswy Memorial auditorium has a seating capacity of 300 to facilitate Industry - Academia Interface Events, seminars, workshops, conferences and cultural performances.
Video Conferencing Room
IU Mizoram is equipped with a state of the art video conferencing room to facilitate hybrid learning and collaboration.
Library
- IU Mizoram has a well-stocked library of over 17,366 books and 60+ journals / magazines - including ICFAI publications, that is regularly updated with books, periodicals, journals, magazines and other publications to aid students and faculty in their study and research.
- A carefully curated selection of contemporary books, journals and online resources supplement the prescribed reference books and textbooks, giving students access to more reference material and resources.
- SOUL Library Management software and an integrated management process are used to manage the library. The Library also has an Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) system network linked with the main library server so that users can easily browse through the database of materials and locate books and other materials available at the university library.
- ICFAI University Library is an Institutional Member of the American Resource Centre, Kolkata.

Sports & Clubs
There is a vibrant on-campus life beyond academics for students and faculty to enjoy. Be that a game of table tennis, chess or caroms in the indoor sports center or a game of basketball, cricket or volleyball, futsal in the well-developed grounds on campus.
The university also has its own student-led clubs, which range from entrepreneurship to art, adventure and excursion clubs who organize outings in and around Mizoram, dance, photography and literature clubs that provide an opportunity for students with shared interests across the university to come together.
Students can also join the university cricket, football, basketball teams.
